Symptoms
The Adobe Acrobat Reader application stops to respond. This issue is observed on a Server console, RDP, and ICA Connections versions 9.1, 9.5, and 10.1.0.
This issue exists only on a 64-bit server. The Adobe Acrobat Reader application that is installed on 32-bit server functions as expected.

For the second time now, I came across a customer scenario where RES Workspace Manager User Settings (on a global level) is configured to preserve and apply Windows Control Panel settings. During logon of a Windows 7 session the RES WM Splashscreen delays for a minute or more on loading these control panel settings.

Recently Citrix released a new tool KeepMeLoggedIn on their blog http://blogs.citrix.com/2011/06/02/keepmeloggedin/.
